How long can I expect for delivery on my orders?
Most items are packed and dispatched by the end of the next working day. Please allow a standard 2-5 days for delivery.
*Please note that orders made over the weekend and/or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
 
 
Why is postage and packaging set at $5.00?
To keep it easy for our customers, the default postage and packaging rate is set at $5.00 for orders within New Zealand. This rate applies to all orders, be it one item you are purchasing or 20! Increase your order to combine postage and SAVE!
 
 
What is Bellavue Boutique's Return Policy?
Bellavue Boutique endeavors to maintain all responsibilities as stated by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

We ask that Bellavue Boutique Customers please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If a purchase is faulty, we will gladly stand by our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please find further details below.
 
Change of Mind
We regretfully announce that no offers will be made to customers with a change of mind on purchases. Please choose carefully.
 
Faulty Goods
Please check all products and garments before removing any tags.
If a purchase is faulty, we will gladly offer the following options providing proof of purchase is able to be provided. Goods are to be sent back in their original condition with any tags still attached.
  • Replacement of item if at all available
  • Exchange for another item from Bellavue Boutique online store
  • Full refund of purchase price (once goods have been received back in original condition) excluding any original postage fees
Item must be sent back to us in their original condition with tags still attached. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense although replacement item will be shipped again at our cost. Replacement will be sent only once original item is received back. It is expected that we received our goods back in as nicely wrapped and cared for condition as we originally sent them :)
 
Cash Approvals
Appros will not be offered to customers unless previously agreed upon by Bellavue Boutique management.

Absolutely. Should you wish to create a gift pack or need special gift wrapping etc, please contact us directly to arrange items specific to your needs.
